Hey guys, my name is Candice. I'm originally from Johannesburg, South Africa but I have been living in Texas for the past ten years. I am currently a student at the University of Texas at Austin. I love subtext, watching good movies and being downtown with my friends. Since I am from South Africa I love the outdoors but I also love shopping and doing girly things. Heyheyhey, ya'll! My name Dani (pronounced Donnie... get it right, ya here?). I'm a military brat who finally settled in Texas after being in Japan for 4 years. I'm an only child, so I'm a little spoiled. I'm not really looking for a "significant other," so if by some off chance you're interested, I'm not... sorry ya'll. I don't really have a major yet, so that's kinda up in the air right now; can't decide. You know why? I'm that awesome. They say I'm so cool that I have to do uncool things to keep the earth from going into another ice age. And that, as they say, is that.

I'm pretty serious about the whole Christian thing (oh great, he's gonna get all preachy. lol)..... Music is my most favoritist past-time (psh, who doesn't love music? Unoriginal!).... I'm kind of a closet nerd. I like to have fun, hang out, party now and again (nothing too wild), but I also know when it's time to be serious. On a Friday night I would much rather sit on the couch with a few friends and talk/chill. If I can make someone laugh I feel like my job in life is done. I don't really take myself too seriously, which I find to be one of my strong points. My guilty pleasures are kid's cartoons and romantic comedies. Broadcast Journalism major at THE University of Texas at Austin, looking to do whatever I can with this degree after I graduate.

Hi my name is Halley and it's pronounced like Halle Berry (I tell this to everyone I meet, it helps people to remember) I was also named after Halley's comet & I even have a matching tattoo of it! I'm a film student at UT and I absolutely love my field. I originally moved from a small Texas town to Austin, and the difference is like night and day! I love it here, there's always something great going on, from live music,to independent filming, to great outdoors fun.

There's literally something for everyone! If I'm not working on a film shoot, I'm watching movies, spending time on the Greenbelt with friends, or enjoying the festivities downtown! A cheesy motto I tend to live by is, "Life isn't about finding yourself, it's about creating yourself!" I'm an all or nothing kinda of gal, which makes me a crazy girl with even crazier stories!

What's up there Subtexters? My name's J.D. I'm currently a sophomore @ University of Texas at Austin. I was born and raised in Livingston, Texas; a pretty small town about an hour north of Houston. I'm really into music of pretty much all kinds. I'm also a pretty big film buff...and by that I mean that I sit around and watch movies when I have nothing else to do.
